data-element_type=\"widget\" data-e-type=\"widget\" data-widget_type=\"text-editor.default\">\n\t\t\t\t<div class=\"elementor-widget-container\">\n\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t<p>The City of Medford is planning to regionalize their wastewater system with the City of Owatonna.\u00a0 The improvements include construction of a lift station and forcemain to Owatonna.\u00a0 The existing wastewater treatment facility in Medford will be decommissioned.\u00a0 Currently, the estimated project cost is $11 million.\u00a0 The City has secured $4.5 million from the State of Minnesota Bonding Bill to offset the cost of the project.<\/p>\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<div class=\"elementor-element elementor-element-0e384a5 elementor-widget elementor-widget-spacer\" data-id=\"0e384a5\" data-element_type=\"widget\" data-e-type=\"widget\" data-widget_type=\"spacer.default\">\n\t\t\t\t<div class=\"elementor-widget-container\">\n\t\t\t\t\t\t\t<div class=\"elementor-spacer\">\n\t\t\t<div capacity for growth, and is located in a floodplain.<\/p><p>Past discharges of untreated wastewater into the Straight River has resulted in Minnesota Pollution Control Agency fines and corrective action.<\/p><p>Regionalizing wastewater systems with Owatonna is less costly than constructing a new wastewater treatment facility.<\/p>\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<div
